What is the Minnesota Wing Aerospace Fling? It's a day of intense AEROSPACE OVERLOAD just for CAP members, their families, and friends!  Drones?  We've got 'em!  Radio-controlled airplanes, hovercraft, gyrocopters?  Yup!  Bunches of awesome aircraft to view and learn about?  (weather permitting.) You bet!  An Aerospace Thrills and Chills Video Theater? Definitely!  Flight simulators, aviation-related displays, demonstrations, guest speakers, and whaaat??  A free lunch???  But of course! Tours of the warbirds at the Commemorative Air Force museum?  Gotta have it!  All at no cost to you!!

Squadrons will be asked to participate with flight line and vehicle marshaling, general support, and display booths so our cadets can get involved and share their knowledge about some cool aerospace subjects like:

  • Rocketry

  • Air Pressure Experiments

  • Meteorology

  • Flight simulation

  • Astronomy

  • STEM projects

  • Aircraft Recognition

  • Aviation Photography

  • Aviation Careers

  • And More!

Check back here, and watch your email for Wing-Wide announcements with more details.
